Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Wavelink website and to all surf package bookings made through it. Wavelink is currently an educational student project; all bookings are demonstrations placed in test mode.

2. Test-mode bookings

• Checkout runs entirely in test mode. No payment provider is contacted and no money is charged.
• Order confirmations contain a demo order number and are not legally binding travel contracts.
• Prices, availability and departure dates shown are realistic demo data.

3. Packages and prices

Package prices are shown per person in Swiss francs and include the inclusions listed on the package page. Selected options (room type, coaching, transfers, meals) change the price before you add a trip to the cart. A service fee of 4% is added at cart level. Flights are not included; Wavelink only provides flight suggestions.

4. Booking process

A booking is created when you configure a package, add it to your cart and complete the checkout. You must accept these terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy before the order can be placed.

5. Traveller responsibilities

• Valid travel documents, visas and insurance are the traveller's responsibility.
• Surfing carries inherent risks; participants must follow the instructions of local coaches.
• Stated surf levels are guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.

6. Community trips

Community features connect travellers on the same departure. Respectful behaviour is required; Wavelink may remove participants who harass or endanger others.

7. Liability

As an educational prototype, Wavelink provides the website "as is" and accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of demo data.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
